By accessing the website, starting checkout, using the service, or submitting information through a form, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Services
MissyLeads provides AI receptionist, call answering, intake capture, routing, reporting, and related software workflows. Features may change over time. We may add, remove, suspend, or modify features to improve the product, address abuse, reduce risk, or comply with law.
Eligibility and account responsibility
You represent that you are authorized to act for the business using the service. You are responsible for account credentials, user actions, connected phone numbers, routing rules, and compliance with the laws that apply to your calls, recordings, notices, marketing, and customers.
Automatic renewal and recurring billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis unless a different billing interval is clearly stated at checkout. By starting a paid subscription or free trial, you authorize recurring charges to the payment method you provide until you cancel. Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current rate shown at checkout or otherwise agreed in writing, plus applicable taxes and usage-based charges, unless canceled before the next renewal date.
Free trial conversion
Core, Pro, and Premium may be offered with a 7-day free trial that includes up to 50 total minutes and requires Stripe checkout and a valid payment method up front. The current self-serve trial is limited to U.S. number signups unless we state otherwise at checkout. You may also choose to skip the trial and start paid billing immediately where that option is presented. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the trial automatically converts into the paid monthly subscription for the selected plan.
How to cancel
You may cancel at any time before the next renewal date by emailing contact@missyleads.com. If we provide an in-product billing workflow or self-serve cancellation path for your account, you may also use that method. Cancellation stops future renewals after the current paid billing period or trial ends. We do not prorate or refund unused time for partial billing periods unless required by law or expressly stated by us.
Supported countries and number availability
MissyLeads may support phone-number workflows in select countries, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, and Spain. Country support, number inventory, voice capability, toll-free availability, and local-number eligibility can change over time and are not guaranteed in every area or for every business type.
Country-specific setup, documentation, and review
Phone number setup may be instant, incomplete and action-needed, or pending implementation or compliance review depending on country, number type, business information, vendor requirements, and applicable law. Some countries require local business details, address information, tax identifiers, or other documentation before a number can go live.
Usage, overages, and taxes
Included minutes, overage rates, implementation scope, plan limits, and taxes are described at checkout and in your order flow. Current minute overage rates are $0.65 per minute for Core, $0.55 per minute for Pro, and $0.45 per minute for Premium. Non-U.S. number markets currently add $20 per month to each plan. You are responsible for telecom-related pass-through fees if applicable and any usage exceeding your included plan limits.
Customer telecom compliance responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business, address, tax, and contact information; completing any country-specific telecom or KYC forms; using valid caller ID where required; and complying with local call, recording, caller-notice, telemarketing, and messaging rules in every country where you use the service.
International fees, taxes, and pass-through charges
International number markets may involve additional telecom tolls, carrier charges, regulatory bundle costs, verification expenses, taxes, VAT, GST, number rental costs, or other compliance-related pass-through amounts that cannot always be priced in advance. We may bill those amounts separately when they apply, including unforeseen country-specific costs required to activate or maintain service.
Customer data
As between the parties, you retain your business data and customer relationship data, subject to the rights needed for us and our subprocessors to host, process, transmit, analyze, and secure that data in order to provide the service. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and permissions associated with the data you provide or cause us to process.
Call recording disclosures
You are solely responsible for complying with call-recording, monitoring, consent, telemarketing, and notice laws that apply to your business, your callers, and your jurisdictions, including two-party consent laws where applicable. MissyLeads may support customer-configured greeting language, disclosure prompts, or voicemail language, but those tools do not replace your obligation to decide what disclosures are legally required for your use case.
Data export and deletion after cancellation
When a subscription ends, access to the live product may be suspended or removed. If you need an export of transcripts, recordings, or other customer workspace data after cancellation, contact us promptly. We generally try to accommodate reasonable export requests made within 30 days after termination, subject to technical feasibility, vendor limits, legal holds, security requirements, and payment status. After termination, data may be deleted, de-identified, or retained only as described in the Privacy Policy and as required for security, accounting, disputes, legal compliance, or enforcement.
Service language
Public onboarding, customer support materials, and standard business workflows are currently offered primarily in English and Spanish. Spoken caller handling may support additional languages on a limited or case-by-case basis, but you should not rely on unsupported languages, translations, or localized operational flows unless we explicitly agree to them.
Service closure and suspension
We may suspend, restrict, or close the service, your subscription, or any account at any time, with or without notice, for risk management, legal compliance, security, nonpayment, abuse, misuse, operational reasons, vendor dependency changes, or if we decide to discontinue the business or offering. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mural & Pixel Graphics LLC DBA MissyLeads is not liable for lost profits, lost leads, lost revenue, downtime, replacement costs, or other indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from suspension, closure, or unavailability of the service.
No guarantee
The service is provided on an as-available and as-is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, caller conversion rates, booked jobs, revenue outcomes, legal compliance for your specific business, or that the AI will always interpret callers correctly.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the total amount you paid us for the service during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mural & Pixel Graphics LLC, its owners, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of law, your business operations, or your content and customer communications.
California law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where federal law controls. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Local law overrides
Nothing in these Terms is intended to override non-waivable consumer, privacy, telecom, subscription, auto-renewal, or other mandatory rights that apply in the customer’s country, province, state, or region. Where local law grants non-waivable rights, those rights control to the extent required.
